Met up with Octagon of Trust again this morning at Clyde's house for our tempo workout. The plan was 3 mile warm up, 7 miles at tempo, and then a cool down back to Clyde's. I knew going into it that the last 2 miles would be a nice up hill climb. The last mile goes up the golf course into Bloomington Hills. I wanted to just relax this morning and really only felt yucky during the 5th mile. I felt good on the up hills and finished with 5:54/mile overall. Great workout with the rest of the guys. It was only 91 at about 5:30 this morning. Katey is out of town until Friday at girls' camp so I will have to get creative on getting my runs in while watching Norah. I think I hear the jogging stroller calling my name.
