Met up early with Dave and ran down the course again. His Dad was nice enough to drive us up. We had cold air and a nice tailwind. It was awesome conditions! The plan was to do 4,8,4 down the course. We did a 4 mile warm up, 4 miles in 5:43, 5:42, 5:38, and 5:36. Decent uphill miles and happy with the start. 8 miles at 6:00/mile. The last 4 miles were 5:26, 5:17, 5:20, and 5:26. I got stopped in traffic so I had to slow down on the last mile. Great workout today! 6:03/mile overall. Glad to get this in with Dave. He ran great! 20.5 miles total.

3 miles in the afternoon after we got up to Orem. It should be a fun meet tomorrow.
