8.05 miles in the morning.

I have been doing a little bit of biking and stretching the last little bit.  I am a little frustrated with the leg.  It gets better and then it hurts again.  I decided to just wear the Coreshorts and see what happens.  It was slow going this morning but I got out.  I am going to try and do something everyday now.

Keep working on it. You are a great runner. Sometimes sacrificing a little training time now, and backing off will pay off big in the future. I hope you and Katey are doing well. Meagan is having a baby in Aug. So we are stoked for that. Talk to you later.

Seth

PS Dave is right. Keep it positive!

Logan, looks like your team has been having a pretty good season. Hope things are going good.

I keep reading all these good things in the paper. Coach of the year talk and all. Keep up the good work even if it is in footie. Hope your getting better. Sounds about like me- good for a few days then bad for a week then good then bad....

Anyways we need to get out again.

Good job in your first year as a soccer coach. Sorry about last night I read in the paper that you guys lost to Judge. Anyhow now you can come back to us.
