6 miles in the morning over into Santa Clara and back. 7:13/mile. Nice start to the week. Need to make sure I keep hitting a decent morning run. 6 miles in the afternoon with some of the boys on the Reverse Foothill Loop. I am having the kids name the runs now so no one gets confused. Nice temps and good conversation. 7:20/mile. 20 minute yoga this evening with Katey. Fun stuff! Legs are a little sore from Saturday but not bad. My head cold is a little better but still not 100%. Should be a good week.
