Got a little crazy and ran a workout in the heat. 7 miles total. I did 5x800m on the track. 2:34, 2:33, 2:33, 2:34, threw up and felt better, and then a 2:29. I planned on doing more but I had to get back for our book TEAM discussion. Felt good to get some solid turnover.
