I went over to Clyde's house and ended up running with Steve, Paul, Clyde, and James.  It was nice to have a bigger group.  I talked with Clyde last night and we decided to run 4 miles at Tinman pace within the run this morning.  We went around the fields and then over by Stone Cliff and then back on to the DC trail.  When we started the faster miles I wanted to push a little faster than Tinman.  I got to 4 miles and then slowed down.  Clyde and the others were planning on doing 6 miles but I guess I didn't get the memo.  I hit 5:48, 5:46, 5:39, and 5:46 for the 4 miles.  It felt good but I feel bad because it would have been nice to hit 6 Tinman miles this morning.  We finished by going around towards Little Valley and then called it a day.  Nice run this morning.  It is supposed to be really hot again today.  Yeah!

I went again this afternoon for a few more miles.  Their was a little bit of cloud cover so it was bearable.  I then went to my parent's house and swam in the pool for about 20 minutes.

I must be mistaken... I thought as a member of the Circle of Trust I would get invited to such a workout - but maybe I'm out... hum...?
