I did 2.5 miles with the track team and then headed up to Weber State for my speed workout. I did a 3 mile warmup and then did a breakdown type of workout. 1200- 3:42, 1000- 3:00, 800- 2:21, 600- 1:44, 400- :69, 400- :69. I then did a 3.25 mile cooldown and called it a day. It was a really cold day today with some slight wind. It was nice and frigid. |
