12.05 miles in the afternoon.
My legs were a little sore this morning but it was nice to shake the legs out for 8 + miles. I felt good after I was done.
I ran 4.5 miles with the guys on the track team and then put them through an interval workout. I planned on going to do my speed workout with Paul Pilkington but decided it wouldn't be good to jump right into it again. I will take it easy for the next couple days and might do a little speed workout on Thursday to get me ready for Moab this weekend. I finished out the day with another 7.5 miles at an easy pace. |
