8 for the speed work out.
I did a nice slow run this morning. It was pretty hot but I was glad to get out anyways. I did the entire run at about a 7:10 pace. I did 12 x 400m this evening at Weber High's track. I did 2.25 miles to warm up and another 1.25 miles to cool down. Here are the times as follows:
1- 1:12 7- 1:11
2- 1:10 8- 1:10
3- 1:10 9- 1:09
4- 1:10 10- 1:10
5- 1:09 11- 1:10
6- 1:10 12- 1:10
I did 200m recovery runs in between. My times were faster than last week which made me very happy. I got to my speed work a little late tonight because I was out with my wife. It was nice to get this in though. |
