I had a fever all day yesterday and was asleep in bed. I couldn't keep much food down but drank plenty of fluids. Suprisingly, I felt pretty good this morning. I kept the pace real easy. I need to keep drinking lots of fluids.
I felt really good at practice. I don't know where that spell of sickness came from. I did 3 miles with the track team with a couple 400s at their mile race pace. I then went and did another 6 miles right after practice. It was a nice day for running. |
