Man, those 200's killed me.  My throat and knees began to hurt after my second 200.  WHY DID TIM HAVE TO GO SO FAST?! (he was on my team right before me)

My legs are so sore from yesterday's run........  It was nice to have all the girls run together.  Kaelie and I did "yoga" after our run.

Did Varsity run in this race too?  Because there were tons of people in the race.  I think this time is my PR!  I was 3-4 people behind Kelsi.  I really like this course.  YEAH FOR SUSAN FOR BREAKING 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  SHE KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was so freezing!  But it was awesome that we only had to run 3 miles!!  Sally stayed with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  YEAH!

Kaelie, Chancie and I met at the high school at 7:00 am this morning and ran 3 miles.  We didn't know how far we needed to run, so we just did three.  Coach, you need to update the blog!
