I don't know why, but I thought this run was easier than yesterday. My first 1000 was 4:13, second 4:25, third 4:13. But I felt kind of sick on the cool down. But I think that was because I drank too much water. I know it's weird, but I like doing fast but short runs. Plus, my hip kind of hurts too, but my knee doesn't hurt as much any more. What do I do to help it?
After practice I got new running shoes and spikes (that is why I am doing this so late). |
