Be a Crazy Runner

I ran with Makayla and Kailee.  It was pretty much a good run except for the fact I had a sore throat, and when I got back I drank a ton of water and felt sick while doing striders.  Other than that, I liked this run.  

I ran with Susan, Mariah, and Breann.  Susan and Mariah stopped and turned back at 3 miles.  So I ran with Breann for most of the run.  I don't know if I will be able to make to afternoon practice, because I have and orthodontist appointment at 1:30, but if it ends before 2:00, I will come to practice.

I ran 3 miles at the school.  I ran with Maquel on the way there and on the way back I ran with the fast girls.  It was really hot, I need to drink more water.  After we had a little swimming "party".  It was pretty exciting. 

I ran with Makayla and Breann on the way there.  Then they stopped at three miles.  So I ran with Susan.  But on the way up the hill I passed Susan and ran alone.

I loved running in the sprinklers!  I ran with Mariah.  Kid's Club was really fun.  The kids are starting to like me. 

That was a huge hill!  Mariah, Kailee, Chancie and I all got lost for about half of it.  So we followed the towers and eventually got back on to the trail.  That run was very hard, but I did it. 

I am going to try to get one of my friends to afternoon practice today, but she probably won't come.

It was hot on our afternoon run.  I ran with Susan for most of it.  I stopped at Arctic Circle for a drink, because I had a little headache.
