| | 9 miles around Eugene. Not cold or rainy, but the winds were out in full force. They're still working on Hayward Field so just like the past few months, I could only run around campus and not on the track. |

| | 12 miles across the river to the half marathon course, then back through town to the north freeway exit and home via the HS and main highway. I'm thankful I have the ability to run each day! |

| | 12 miles around the middle school, Wal-Mart and then home. I was a little disappointed in the lack of shoppers at Fred Meyer and Wal-Mart. In years past there wasn't a single parking space available but today there were plenty. Perhaps it was due to Wal-Mart opening their doors at 10 last night and people were home sleeping/recovering from late night shopping. |

| | 9 miles today, but done in sections. 4 miles with Ryan, 3 by myself and then 2 more on the treadmill. Pretty pathetic way to finish off the week. This whole year feels like it's falling apart at the end. I just can't seem to get back into a solid routine. |
