Solid run today.  This week was much better than last week--every run was fun and enjoyable.  I left the house at 6 and stumbled upon Nate Tanner just 2 minutes into my run.  He was just starting his workout so we ran 8 miles together along Redwood Highway and back to Albertsons.  He bailed and I ran a few more before using the bathroom at the farmers market.  At that point I had ran 11 miles and averaged 7:06/mile.  Perfect.  I then began the uphill/downhill routine (same as last week but in reverse order) and tried to get a solid tempo run in the process.

Mile 12 (6:18) and mile 13 (6:01) were uphill past the middle school to Vine St, followed by downhill for miles 14 & 15 (5:57, 5:55).  Ran up 6th street (miles 16 and 17 in 6:12, 6:13) and then down 7th street.  I went east on Savage until Beacon and then it was home via the main highway.  Mile 18 in 5:56, mile 19 in 5:49.  Final two miles in 5:51 and 5:45.  Final 10 miles in 60 minutes flat so 6:00/mile average.  Solid.  I never felt too tired or thirsty despite not drinking during the workout.  After today I'm thinking that I may just be ready for TOU after all.  Decision time...
