AM: 10 miles in Eugene. My allergies are going bonkers! Not cool!!!
PM: 6 miles in the park in my FiveFingers. I miss my old neighborhood were there were perfect trails for this type of running. Laps around the park just aren't as fun.

some of the worst allergy attacks of my life occurred when i was visiting eugene a few years ago. hope it dies down for you soon. going to the track meet at all this week?

They say Eugene is one of the worst places in the country for allergies, what with being the 'grass seed capital of the world.'
Yeah, I'm going tomorrow night and possibly Friday as well. Thursday night is when the good stuff is (10,000, 1500, Steeplechase) so I'm pretty pumped. Gotta love Track Town USA! ;)
