10 miles in Eugene.  I ran up Coburg Rd into Springfield, then looped past the mall and Costco, then back to the motel.  Got a little lost there at the end but made it back eventually.

Yeah, that trip was a nightmare. But made it home so all is well, although I'm back on the road again this week.

No races on the calendar as of now. Just trying to keep my slumping motivation from getting too low... You?

Nothin till next spring. Right now I'm just doin more plyometrics and upper body. Gonna keep it around 35 to 45 miles per week until February then start rampin it up again.
