Knee felt okay, but not 100%. Figured I'd do my usual pool routine and then run Wednesday. I pushed it as hard as I could to get a good workout.
- 10 laps in 13:19, running
- 10 laps in 12:49, running
- 10 laps in 6:35, breast stroke
- 10 laps in 8:51, 4 laps running, 6 laps freestyle
- 4 laps cooldown with breaststroke and freestyle
I was shocked to see the low times for the first 2 sets. Ususally, if I go under 15 min, I think I'm pushing it. Each lap is generally about 90 seconds, but today was no problem doing them in 70-75. Good stuff. Hope the knee is okay tomorrow.
