11 miles this morning, between Jill's house and my new home. It's 3.75 miles from front door to front door. That will be nice to know for future runs. A lot of the streets I ran didn't have a sidewalk and very limited space on the shoulder. I'll have to find some better routes.... After the 11 miles I ran 1 mile with the dog. I should do that more often....

Great run and go to know a certain distance I do it all the time too. Did you just move to Medford, Oregon?

Packed up everything we own on Friday morning (30th) and got here Saturday afternoon (31st). I'm a little sad to leave the Utah running scene, but I've wanted to live outside of Utah for years, so this day was going to happen sooner or later. Elevation in Cedar was just under 6000 and here it's only 1500, so that a bummer!
