It takes signing up for a race to get me back on the exercise track.  My friend talked me into signing up for the Cottonwood Heights Thanksgiving 5K.  I'd been thinking about it all fall but just never got going.  So, now the week of the 5K I got back on the treadmill.  It felt good but I'm so out of shape.

Day 2 was a lot tougher.  I had no energy and walked most of the 2 miles.  Did a little running the last 2 laps.

The 5K is tomorrow.  I plan to run/walk it.
