I was really tired today.  I was on my feet all day until about 9 p.m. last night.  Red Mountain elementary had their fall carnival and I foolishly volunteered to help.  :-)  Was in the sun all afternoon helping set up then all evening supervising children.  Slept in until about 7:30.  About mile 5 had a really bad side ache and started thinking really negative thoughts about the marathon.

I'm only going to think positive thoughts.  My brother and his family are coming on thursday night. He is going to run with us.  My mom is also coming.  I already have spagetti and sauce cooked in the freezer so I'm just going to pull it out on friday morning and just pop it in the microwave friday night.  Jamie has to do the stats at the Snow Canyon football game on friday.  It is there homecoming so we may go for a little bit.

Hey Linda! I feel your pain, my family (my sister, her husband & 4 kids) are coming to stay with me marathon weekend. I like how you already prepared the spaghetti & sauce, that's so smart! Be kind to yourself this week- you are READY and will do GREAT this year at SGM!

Yeah I don't think I'll do much this week. 4 miles on monday and 6 on tuesday then bike wednesday and thursday and a easy 4 miles on friday. I also told my girls that from thursday until saturday they are not allowed to make any messes. LOL.
