I got up and went to Mike's house and rode up with the running group. Jody and I stuck together. It was a nice change from the same route that I usually do but I didn't like the cars although there weren't to many. Jody and I had a fairly good pace. We had several 7:30 miles. We thought the hills were going to kill us but when we got to the top we looked back and said "They weren't too bad." Thanks Jody for running with me and pushing me. I was ready to take a short cut along pioneer parkway but we didn't. It was a great morning for running. The rest of saturday was crazy so I am typing this on Sunday. My calves and quads were a little sore this morning. I haven't run this far since October. We'll have to do it again Jody.

Just saw your comment about the baseball. His team went 1 and 3. He played really well and it was good for them to get out of the gym!
