Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Just got back from muscle-up, going to fix a protein shake and then off to yoga.

Then off to Costco. Papaya, dog food and protein powder and maybe a chocolate mocha drink at the snack bar!

Are your joints feeling better today?

I wanna go to Costco! I love going there :) How do they make everything look so fun and desirable?

Maurine, my joints feel fine today, however I am not running, so we will see how I feel tomorrow.

Marion, I love Costco too, it is so much more fun that going to the grocery store. They have cool stuff. How do you like the protein powder? I am excited to try it.

I like the Costco protein powder. I get the vanilla one so I can make all kinds of shakes. The chocolate one is like having dessert, yum. I hate shopping. Hubby loves Costco 'cause he gets to taste all the samples. You can literally get a free meal there.

LOL! I love that you look forward to the snack bar!! It was ALL I could do to not stop and get about 10 different things when I was there this morning. I spend the whole trip deciding what to get :)

Glad you were feeling better this morning! Hopefully yoga did you well too..its always a refreshing time for me.
