| 10.05 miles out to Sunset and around cemetary and back. 1:18:41, 7:50 pace.
My usual 3 miles Disneyland. I only count this every time because seriously-3 kids and Disneyland is a workout! Sometimes I feel like I should count my visits to the grocery store too!

| Was planning on a workout this morning, but my youngest woke up at 5 and needed a bath. Enough said. We snuggled for a bit, then I got her to fall back asleep around 6:15. So still got about 7 in. Workout tomorrow I guess!
3.80 miles in France. 29:02 overall time, 7:38 pace.
3.33 more miles in France. 25:13 overall time, 7:34 pace.

| 2 mile warmup. 8 mile tempo at 6:40 pace on treadmill. I had to decided to cut the tempo short or cooldown short so I opted for cooldown. Jogged Aubrey to school pushing double stroller to cool down. 1.5 mile cool down total. Good workout. I thought 8 miles seemed so long but I just kept running until I had to get the kids up and was able to get it all in.
10 miles on treadmill total (2 warmup, 8 tempo) on Berlin Marathon course. 1:09:12 overall time, 6:55 overall pace.

1.11 miles New Jersey. 8:34 overall time, 7:43 pace. My oldest had a field trip today and woke up super excited, so we had to get going!
3 miles slow pushing double stroller, with a stop at the park at mile 2.

| 2 mile warmup. Was planning on 3x2mile @ 6:31 pace, after running 1 mile at 6:30, I decided it would be better to just slow down and take an easy day. Burnout is hitting me hard! Taper week next week could not come at a better time. I am wiped out physically and mentally. Hopefully I can take the next two weeks to give my body some rest with easy runs and shorter intervals so that come race day I am ready to kill it!
So Overall:
3.98 miles Chicago, Illinois. 31:33 overall time, 7:55 pace.
4.00 miles Portland, Oregon. 30:47 overall time, 7:41 pace.

| At mile 2 I wanted to go home and sleep. I don't know why I am so worn out all of a sudden. Kept running hoping to snap out of it and I did for the most part. Trying to focus on easy miles and trying to have confidence in the work I have put in. I am beginning to doubt that I can run sub 3. The pace just seems so fast. Hopefully I can surprise myself and get it done! 2:59 is my PR the fall after graduating Weber (but the race was in the pouring rain, and I know it could have been faster). Fastest post baby is when my oldest was 1 and I ran 3:19 in St. George 2010. I am 100% positive I will run my fastest post-baby marathon. So approximately 7 years since I have been in the shape I am in now.
1:51:14 overall time, 7:55 overall pace. At least half slightly uphill, but out and back course so any uphill meant a downhill on the way back.
