Running Accomplishments:

Broke ankle sevral years ago so have not run in 5 yrs.

1. 20 yrs ago got ready to run in Marine Corp Marathon but by time ship got back in running field was full. Did 26.2 in training at a 8 min mile pace

Short-Term Running Goals:

1. To get back into a every other day training routine

2. To increase my milage from current 3/4 miles to 1 mile every other day after the first month and increase by 1 mile a month up to 5 miles a day.

3. to get 5 mile daily time down to 6 min miles

4. To be running 60 miles weekly by the end of year 1

4. to be to 10 miles daily after first 1 1/2 years and run 1 20 mile run everyother week.

5. to compete in Boston Marathon qualifiying run at 2 yrs

Long-Term Running Goals:

To continue running 5 days a week for as long as my body will hold out.

2. To pass a healthy mind set onto my grandson

3. To run in the Boston Marathon at a sub 7 min mile pace

Personal:

44yrs old with a wonderful wife of 13 yrs with 1 daughter and a grandson . As well as 8 dogs
