I'll keep running.... Because it gives me perspective. Now I realize my problems aren't so big. My life is pretty great afterall. And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

4.5 miles out in the slushy snow

3 slow treadmill miles then lifted arms then 30 minutes hard on the bike
got Kris to come to the gym with me and he loves it! Woohoo!!

well below zero again so back to the stinkin treadmill for a quick 3 miles

4.25 miles total, 3.0 miles running after playing volleyball for 3 hours at WNA

then ran 2.0 miles outside finally... But in the rain
