5.25 miles at 8:34 pace on the level 3 hills setting on the treadmill. I wasn't sure what I could handle for treadmill "hills" so I tried to keep a good pace and kept the hills so they were a good workout but so I didn't want to die. I think they only went up to about a 3.0 incline but I figured that was about "rolling hills" but I have no clue. It was 1 minute hill, 1 minute flat the whole time. Felt good
