Still battling some stomach issues after the race, I think the biggest culprit is not sticking to my diet. I sort of have a "free" weekend. Not good, so back to my healthier lifestyle. Did one mile barefoot on the treadmill walking at a 16 min pace. I am having some toenail issues after the half. I think this is what will be holding me back in my recovery. Shins are where my muscles hurt the most except for the inner/upper right thigh twinges every time I bring that leg forward. Goal this week-Keep moving, everyday! Hoping to be able to run the dam half marathon in Rexburg next month.
