Went out for a nice little stroll with the hubby and kids. It's really kind of nice to have him out and about, he sure likes it and that makes him  happy.

What a beautiful evening, it even smelled like fall.  I love fall, I just wish we had all the hours of sunshine still, I don't like the dark and I wont run in it by myself.  (Treadmill season) but with both chris and I working days we can get out in the evenings except for Thursday and Friday so that won't be so bad, just two treadmill days.

We didn't have a gps so we just went by cell phone time which was about 35min total but we stopped for a minute to visit with a cute couple from our ward who just had their first baby after 6 years of trying.:) I'm so happy for them.

Leslie, I want to make it to the party and I will try my best.  I will have to probably but in for something for the raffle but I don't have much luck but I always feel the pull of a possible win!!!!!

Hey you! I am so glad to hear from you again! Yeah! GReat run with the family! The weather is SO nice!!! Yeah for fall... I just wish it didn't mean that winter was coming :(

From Laurie on Tue, Sep 02, 2008 at 00:18:33

I know exactly what you mean!! I'm not of fan of winter at all. I need to buy me a happy lamp!!

OH and funny thing, I'm looking at the blog now and marion you are in the hot discussions group but then I notice your name on the lone faithfuls too. How does that happen?

From marion on Tue, Sep 02, 2008 at 00:28:31

I do not know how I can be in both places at once. I must be special or the blog is having a stroke! :D

I think it is your tigger/eeyore personalities. Tigger is on high comments, eeyore just needs someone to notice ;)

Great to see you back training Laurie! Are you feeling good about your goal for Portland?

I need to break out my daylight lamp at work as soon as I get BACK FROM ITALY (Sorry - but I'm obnoxious this week).

Laurie, way to go on adjusting your life to run, I am finding out that I am dumber than a post and can not multi task very well. It is fundraiser this week and running next week. Do two things in one week? I think not! Yes, come to the fundraiser, it will be a a blast, Marion is coming with her gang too!! Chris knows Harold and my brother Steve, so he will know somebody!! We have lots of running shirts in the raffle from Wasatch Running and Striders and my daughters company. Plus tons of other very cool stuff, we have two $50 bike tune ups from SLC Bike ( Chris might like that!) Oh, please come!!!!!
