Time to cut back a little this week.  4 regular easy runs, only one medium run, and one long run.  But I am going to get at least one 10 mile bike ride this week.  We are going to do the Antelope Island Creatures of the night bike ride. 22 miles I think.  That is on July 18th.

Total weight loss   -16lbs.  (I'm back to my"normal" flex zone of 5 lbs)

Thank you such much for the wonderful words. I'll be overjoyed if I can get below this "normal" weight. 4 more pounds and I hit the 10% weight watchers mark. yippee.

For the bike ride they have a costume contest, I told my husband he could be edward, and I'd be bella. He didn't like that (Twilight series) So I am trying to convince him to be a mosquito, and I will be a big drop of blood. Any other ideas for the costume contest?

WAY TO GO!! 10% is such a big deal! I remember when I got mine, I thought I'd die for the excitement! My 10% key chain hangs on my wall!

Congrats on the weight loss.

Make sure you take bug juice to Antelope Island. We forgot one year and got bit pretty bad.
