Time to cut back a little this week. 4 regular easy runs, only one medium run, and one long run. But I am going to get at least one 10 mile bike ride this week. We are going to do the Antelope Island Creatures of the night bike ride. 22 miles I think. That is on July 18th. Total weight loss -16lbs. (I'm back to my"normal" flex zone of 5 lbs) |
