Okay, this is pathetic and I know it, but I did it.  My babysitter(gram) came home late then it was dinner and clean for company.  I am tired and my legs are tired.  My shins ache and this mile was all up hill, crazy how you can't get away from that.  I got in about 6 flights of stairs too, so there is a mild bit of redemption.  Tuesday next week will be the most difficult.  Driving back to Utah that day.  10 miles in the car, and nobody will be here is the morning so I can run, everyone leaves at about 5 am.  Maybe I can get little brother to do it, because it must be done before I leave.

Wow, I don't think I have ever thought so hard about how I could get a run in.  This week was slightly lower than last but good considering my being out of town.  Next week we will see a 10% increase and have close to 22 miles.

Wow Laurie, good job on the running out of town! Where abouts is home in California??

Hey our group ran in a snowstorm this morning up at Brighton! Crazy, huh? You are hot and we were freezing!!

My family lives outside of Sacramento near Jackson. It's in the foothills on HWY88 which you can take right on up to Tahoe.

I'm so sick of the cold weather that keeps coming back there in Utah, I want a nice cool spring, but I doubt that is ever going to happen.

Good job running in the snow, I'm a sissy when it comes to stuff like that and too cold of weather.

My sister lives outside of Sacramento the other side west off of I-80 (I don't remember the highway #) in Winters... I love it there when I visit!
