Going for consistency today. We are going to be in the car quite a bit today so I knew if I was going to do anything I had to get up and do it. Did you know I haven't been up before 8am in who knows how long? I did one mile, first half was a 12m place while I kept bumping up for the second and finished in 11:29. Woohoo. Now I just need to get down to a consistent 10 min pace, it will come in time and with the weight loss. |
