two treadmill miles. started at a 12:30 to warm up, ended at 10:40. Total time 23:18. Ran in the dark so nobody could see me through the windows, blinds were broken and the new ones have not been hung up yet.

I scored a deal of jelly belly sport beans while I was in the factory in CA.  I got them for about 50 cents a bag.  Anybody want any let me know, I came home with more than we can use.

Nice pace! In the dark on the treadmill - that could be dangerous!

Thanks for the comment but it wasn't really that dark. I could see everything, I ran around 9 so it was just getting gray outside.

Thanks for the advice, I noticed as long as I could see the treadmill front outline and lights I was balancing good.

Good job on running on the treadmill, that is how i trained all winter. Not very many people like to run on the treadmill, keep up the good running. Also, I just read about you having more sports beans than you could use. I would like to buy some from you. How many bags would you like to sell?
