Oooh I like the new colors on the calendar!!  Okay, school has started and I feel like I live in a snowglobe and the somebody not very nice just shook it very very hard.  I have gone from being a stay at home mom to working 50+ hrs a week and I am on my feet for most of it.

I had a babysitter ready today was up before 5a to get a nice long run in but then the weirdest thing happened.  No not weird, awful! Advisory don't ready if you don't want to know....but maybe somebody has an idea.  I went potty(bm) and immediately afterwards I was having terrible cramp, pain, couldn't hardly move, couldn't sit down.  I cried and screamed for about two hours before I finally went back to bed, found a comfortable position and now another 4hrs later I still have residual pain, more of a discomfort but not fun.

That is so not fair! You have been working like a dog and then you go out to run and that happens! I hope it passes and you feel better soon!!! Take care!!!
