My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

I have a horriable cold again!  And my knee is sore, so I did not run today.  I did the elliptical for 45 minutes, a few weights and then I rode the bike for 45 minutes.

I am having knee issues. I could not even get comfprtable last night in bed because my knee hurt no matter how I had it. 

I did some streches and some light excercises at my house and then I went to the gym and did the elliptical at a high incline for 62 minutes.   Then I work my abs and  my inner thighs.

I had my knee looked at today and she thinks that I need to go back to an ortho,  I ran a mile very slow and then I walked one on a high incline.  The incline felt way better on the knee than the flat incline.

Then I rode the bike, started out painful but worked it's self out after about 5 minutes. I did take 400 ml of ibprophen before I left so I am sure that helped.

I woke up so stiff today.  I really had to push myself not to just stay home. I did the arc trainer for 45 minutes and then I rode the bike for 10 minutes.  I worked my abs some and did a few weights on the muscles that were not so sore.
