My knee hurt when I woke up today, so I iced it and stretched and did some house work. I was feeling like if I couldn't run I was not going to the gym. (Its the hard head in me, want to do things I can't do) I made an apointment for my kids and went anyways. I did 30 minutes, 1.5 miles on the arc trainer. A few light leg weights and abs. Then I did 16 minutes 1.50 miles on the elliptical. My knee is feeling a little better but I did take some ibprophen. |
