With my husband beingout of town and all my kids getting sick I am having a hard time getting in my workouts. Last night I resorted to my big exercise ball. My baby would not let me out of his sight and would not sleep unless I was right there next to him.
My husband got home today! I didn't make it to the gym until 7:30 pm but I made it. I was so tired. I really didn't want to go but so far this week has been sucky so I mad myself go.
My goal at one point was just to make the first mile and after the second mile I could only go one more half. My legs felt really tight afterwards. I got on the bike and my goal was 4 miles which I finished in 22 minutes. |
