My body seemed so tired today. I also ate a small salad about an hour and a half before the gym and I kept getting a bad side ache. I ran my first 2 miles with some walking at first.  I tried running after walking for a bit and my shoulder kept cramping up.    I was watching a good movie so I decided just to walk at an incline and fast pace. I did a total of 65 minutes.

As I was streching the day care came and got me once again and said my baby was poopy. I changed him and had about 15 minutes left so I ran out and did some abs before I had to get my kids out of the day care.

My legs are sore tonight! I have had all 4 of my girls taking turns rubbing them with lotion as hard as they can. It feels like my nerves are being pinched all over.
