I warmed up on the arc trainer for about 8 minutes then I went and got on the treadmill.

I ran 4 miles in 41 minutes and a few seconds.  New record for me!

I am suprised how much my breathing has improved my shins were sore for a minute but it seemed to work its self out.  My upper legs were getting sore and my hips were hurting or I think I could have kept going.

After wards I worked my abs over really good and I did a few leg weights.

You're too funny- I read your post on Michelle's blog about reading Stephenie Meyer books- so yeah- you're accepted! J/K! Glad to have you on the blog- are you training for anything in particular?

Good progress. Do not push the pace, though, even if it does feel good. If you feel like running 10:00 miles, run 11:00. Also do not try to set records on the distance, keep it at 3 miles a day for a while. One of the golden principles of training is that just because you can does not necessarily mean you should.

I think you are an angel. Taking in foster kids is incredible.

I love how you change up your workouts. I plan on adding different workouts next week. (I have a race Saturday.)

I wrote a huge blog about Eclipse and my predictions on Monday, September 24. Check it out if you want.

Who said anything about running and chewing gum? I never atemt that !!!! (he, he) But as for the talking part that's more like little puffs of sound mixed with air sucking in fast and a lot more huffing and puffing!!! I rarely run with others so it's so fun that I forget that it's hard though!!! (I know they kept looking for the freight train that they could hear coming, but after about 3 miles they figured out it was me!) As for the Twilight books... they are my favorite books ever too! So we have a lot of great girls that think a lot a like on this blog, it's great isn't it?

Well I haven't heard a word from you about the run in Moab in March, I'm sure you'd be up for a 5k if not half by then! I'm sure you have heard the talk!!!

I ran with one of my miamaids last week well more like a jog, but she was talking my leg off and I was just listening, affter awhile she said are you one of those who can talk and run at the same time. I said yes I talk as little as possiable and she said ok and just carried on. I'm a sad case some days.

I really can't find other books to get into after those three books. A great and terriable beauty is good two.

I have been looking at a few 5k's. I will be ready for something(Come moab). I am kind of just sitting back trying to figure out what you are all doing. I think I am the least experienced in this all. It is great to have support and have other people like the same things.

Everything I do depends on baby sitting and my husbands job. I think Moab would be fun.
