My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

I ran 3.10 miles in 29.48 (New PR).    Then I walked a little bit.

I felt really good and was planning on doing 5 miles today and thought I could have a pr on my time again but I had an issue and had to get off the treadmil.

I just had got on the bike and had my first mile out of the way and the day care came and got me because my baby was poopy.  O he had it all over his pants on his socks. Basially by the time I had him cleaned up he only had on a shirt and I diaper so I had to come home.

I am going to try to get in at least a few more miles later.

I did 40 minutes on the bike and then I walked up hill on the treadmill 2 more miles.  I feel really good. (thats why i walked instead of ran, I didn't want to stiffen up again)

So I was thinking this summer we should get our girls together and she could chase Jade around in her wheelcahir. Kids love to do that and she would get her exersice in.

I'm so happy for your PR...looks like I'm too slow for you now. I've become a slug lately. We heard the heartbeat at my first appointment and that was very exciting!!

O I am sure it would do me good to run with you. You are still running more than me. I do have to slow down to get in more miles. I just try to run fast to get done faster at the gym because I never know if Tallon will explode. (I knew he was going to have a blow out any minute Friday because it had been a day since he had gone.

It is very exciting to hear that little beating heart inside you for the first time, and every time after that, but it sure makes it more real. I am so glad things are going well for you.

I will still run with you if you want to get together some Saterday just let me know!
