I finally ran outside today. I am not sure it was a good day to tyr it out, but I did it.   I had about a half mile of  a good incline and the rest was pretty flat but the wind was blowing so hard. I kept thinking "K when I turn this corner the wind should be in my favor" Nope not once was the wind blowing behind me. I hope my time will be better without the wind next time.

I am still really stiff from the damage the trainer incured on me. I am not sure if it is better to rest or to keep running through the pain. Because today felt really good to be outside but my legs were hurting the entire time.  I could have done much better if my legs felt anything but tight and burning.

I got on the bike later to try to get my legs moving. Just to get rid of the stiffness.

I think it is best to keep going, it will work the lactic acid out of the muscles. Try icing the sore spots it will help it go away faster.
