I felt pretty good on my way to the gym today. I thought I was going to have a good run, but I was wrong. I got running and got tired so fast. I walked about a half a mile after my first two miles but at a high incline.
I did some weights and then I rode the bike for 30 minutes. I feel good other than my legs are just tired. I don't get how some of you just run, and run, and run. |
