I ran after work today because I couldn't get out of bed.  Now that I am not running every day I am finding it harder and harder to get up some mornings.  Todays 3 mile run when great.  I took the first mile nice and easy about a 8:00 min. pace.  The next mile I picked it up to see what my knee would do.  I still felt the mild discomfort in my knee.  At the end of mile 2 I felt my lungs start to hurt.  I haven't run this fast for some time and my lungs didn't like it, but I kept pushing on.  At mile 2.5 I felt my legs start to get weak.  My legs didn't like the pace as well.  I ended running the 3 mile run in 22:25.

Chris--I'm glad to see you are still at it. We hope to see you back with us soon. Dominique said she is going to do some knitting while she's healing (okay, so she didn't say that) but maybe she's looking for a knitting buddy LOL. How is work going? Slow?

I don't knit. I am still running but not as much as I would like to be. I have to work this Sat. so I will not be there. Work is getting alittle busyer. I am liking it. How's running going for you?

Running has been going well. I have been improving, so I'm happy about that. I got a different kind of inhaler for asthma, so I think that's also helping as well.
