Running Accomplishments:
Ran track and cross country thru college. 5k 15:05, 10k 31:27, half marathon 1:11:30, marathon 2:36 at age 24. Marathon 2:58 at age 40.
Short-Term Running Goals:
I want to qualify for Boston and run as fast as possible. Would like to run 10k races and 1/2 marathons and be competitive.
Long-Term Running Goals:
As I get older I would like to continue to run races and stay injury free.

I am 57 years old,married, and have 4 grown daughters.
