I started running in the fall of 2007. I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.
Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014. My favorite PRs: 2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22. 2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Today I went to Darin's PT pool and did an hour of pool running. That has been a good cross training option for me in the past so I think I will head over there a couple times a week through Oct.
Everything is feeling pretty good. Just a little pain in the left hammie.
How's that for a low weekly mileage? Tom and I slept in and then went out on the trail on an absolutely beautiful fall morning! Along with the 4 miles of running we stopped to enjoy about a mile of walking in the beauty!
