Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Wow!  We definitely got a workout with this Race All Night!  It was lots of fun, lots of running, lots of other things!  I am going to write about it on my personal blog tomorrow or the next day, (when I can think a little more clearly).  We are counting it as 6 miles.  It was lots of fun and we  were in the running for the grand prize but ended up a bit short in the long run.  No regrets though!

Wow that sounds really cool and exhausting. THose kind of races/events always end up being more fun than you expect and are the funnest to look back on.

It sounds like Tom is pounding out a lot on his computer at the moment, so maybe he will have a rough rundown of our race. I myself will wait until I feel like thinking again....not sure when that will be.

Kim I had a total BLAST today/yesterday doing this with you!

I have to confess, when you first suggested this and leading up to the event I wasn't so sure if I would enjoy this type event. BUT I must confess that it was one of the funnest things I've done in quite some time, even with the sleep deprivation and aches and pains that now cover my body from top to bottom! Thanks so much for signing us up for this!

Now....is it time for bed YET!!!???

Your personal blog? I don't get it. If it was running, why don't you post it on your FRB? Was it something different? Is this family blog one that you're willing to share or do we have to die of suspense? (hee, hee) I actually put a link to our family blog on my FRB site because Lybi could never remember our blog address. ha!!!

We DID do a heck of a lot of running, but that isn't what the race is all about. On Tom's blog of Saturday, May 31st, he mentions the things we did. I want to add it to my family blog with all the pictures and stuff...probably more than the FRB would like to have to look at. I don't mind sharing my family blog, it's just that I'm not very good at it, so it's not all cute and fancy like so many others. The location is kimkimilee.blogspot.com
