Waking up at four forty AM on a wintery April 30th to run in snow is just wrong! Wrong, but still fun. We had to go early today because we had to be in Ephraim by 9:00 to get a seat for Snow College graduation. Congrats Cam and Rurika! Camron graduated in arts and his darling girlfriend, Rurika, graduated in science. Such a nice day for them! Even though it was winter again, I must say, winter sure can make things beautiful! Running up the trail with the snow covered trees around us was just as pretty as it could be. There was a hawk sleeping in a tree about 4 feet above our heads. We stopped to take a closer look at him. He let us look for a moment but then swooped down and over the field to a new tree where no one was staring at him. He gave us quite a little startle! |
