Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Two miles in prep for Hobble Creek tomorrow.  Tomorrow marks 6 weeks until SGM!

Good luck to all racing tomorrow, (where ever you may race or whatever distance it may be.).

May we all have a good night's sleep!

May we all find porta potties when needed! (preferably before and after the race, not during!)

May we all stay injury free!

May we all run our best race!

May we all feel good with the effort we have put in to our training!

May we cross the finish line with a smile!

May we all say hi to an old friend and meet a new friend!

Good luck tomorrow Kim, I know that you are going to do great, your training has been awesome!

From Tom on Fri, Aug 22, 2008 at 10:13:08

Kim I hope all your "May we's" will come to pass for both of us, and for everyone running the race for that matter.

Like Clay said...you've done the training so you'll have a great race. Even if it ends up being a so-so day you'll still get a massive 1/2 marathon PR.

Good luck! I'll be waiting for you at the finish (assuming I finish before you of course :))!

Kim, Good Luck! You are going to do awesome tomorrow! I will look for you in the morning!

Thanks for that!!! Especially the porta potties! If they were just places right, I could always do better on my times!

Your training, from what I have read, has been amazing! You are gonna do great!

I am hoping to pick out a few faces tomorrow---I am memorizing pictures.
