Running Accomplishments:

I started running in the fall of 2007.  I truly believe I was inspired to start running and I have seen some very big blessings come my way because of following that inspiration.

Ran Boston Marathon 2013 & 2014.  My favorite PRs:  2011 at the SG 1/2 and 5K where I ran the 5K in 22:22.    2013 Nebo 1/2 (downhill) 1:36:15

Short-Term Running Goals:

Long-Term Running Goals:

Running throughout life with Tom. Staying healthy and happy.

Learn from others, learn from myself, work hard, do my best, enjoy!

On running and on life.....

On occasion we need to make a second effort - and a third effort, and a fourth effort, and as many degrees of effort as may be required to accomplish what we strive to achieve.

Tom and I met up with the SF running group this morning.  I had 10 miles planned, he is still out with his 20.  I had 4 miles in the 9:25-9:49 range.  5 miles in the 8:11-8:43 range and one at 7:55.  The 1st one and last three were the 9s.  The last couple of miles I was feeling a little pain in the left IT band so I slowed it down to keep from doing any damage there.  This is my highest mileage week ever.  I think I'll enjoy my Sunday rest.

You GO girl! You are so AWESOME! I was looking over your history and you are just amazing. I am starting a new club (aside from the Payson Canyon Fox Club) it's going to be the KimLee Wanna-be Club. I will be the president and main stalker and blog hijacker. Our slogan will be, "We are not WORTHY" (like Wayne and Garth)

Have a great weekend!!!

What a great week of running Kim! I'm so glad I've been able to enjoy most of it with you. I may be joining that KimLee Wanna-be club soon if you keep this up!

Take care of that IT band and let's enjoy that Sunday rest to the fullest.

Kim Lee Wanna Be...It does have a nice ring to it! =) I think I could get use to that...J/K! You guys are all too kind! But it does feel good to have great cheerleaders! It HAS been an amazing ride,(run), for me this year! I have done more than I ever expected I could do! I love the feeling of doing my best and continuing to improve! It happens to all of us when we are willing to put in the time and effort. Thanks again everyone!

Enjoy your rest day! It is well deserved. I ran into your brother yesterday at the Westfest 5K. He did great. He said that you guys are all running a 5K in Manti this weekend. Good Luck!!
