The Iwanna ladies are up to 3 five minute runs with 3 minute walks between. By Friday they will be at a 20 minute run with a warm up and cool down. A few of them think that is impossible but I know they can do it and can't wait for Friday morning with them! Later I ran out a bit with Tom and then back to get Rui. I am in the process of cleaning out my storage room. It is fun to go through and get rid of a lot of junk! It is also fun to find treasures of when my kids were small and I thought parenting was hard. Little did I know that when they are small it is the easy time. :o) |
